Back in 1993 Amusement Concepts’ principals were overseeing a marketing consulting practice. A client commissioned them to research the concept of opening a Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in the Canadian market. The concept tested well, but financial institutions were not anxious to invest in this revolutionary concept in this early stage of the industry.

At the time, there was no one company providing a full range of products and adequate sales and after sales service anywhere in Canada for the fledgling pay-for-play industry. By 1994 Amusement Concepts was founded and quickly became the key Canadian supplier of all that is good in the world of commercial play!
